I am posting this recipe for my sweet friend Theresa....She was just telling me that she had the best spinach and artichoke dip and I wanted her to try this. I have not made it yet but I am going to try it on Sunday. My son just got home for the Christmas break. I am sooo happy..The band is back together again!!!!!!!!! Bon Weekend!!!!!

4 ounces reduced fat cream cheeseroom temperature
2cupsplain non-fat Greek yogurt
10ouncesfrozen spinachdefrosted and drained
1/2cupjarred artichokesdrained and chopped
1/4cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/3cup Feta cheesecrumbled
1/4teaspoon crushed red pepper flakesoptional
1lemonzest and juice
Mix together all ingredients until well incorporated and transfer to a 1 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until light and fluffy.
