Last week's smoothie was sooo popular...I got a ton of messages that our readers drank it all week. This recipe popped up on my pinterest...so I thought we should try it as well. I made it for my P and she loved it...it is def going to be part of our smoothie rotation...PS Sorry this is one day late. Bon Appetit!!!!!
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup Milk
¾ cup Frozen blueberries
⅓ cup Oatmeal
If using an immersion blender, layer your ingredients in a glass in this order: greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, milk and blend. Once blended, add oatmeal and blend just until combined.
You can also combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth-ie.. :)
