Are The Kids Home For Thanksgiving?

Many readers are in the same boat as my family.  One or Two children in college, about to come home for Thanksgiving break.  I received a few questions as to where to take the all the kids for dinner out over the next week.  Here is a round up of some great places.  A few I have been to and some I am dying to try!!  Welcome Home Kids!!!

THE RYE HOUSE, Port Chester, NY
A NYC Transplant that is a must for foodies!!  This place rocks!!  The food and drinks are not what you'd expect from a tavern.  The decor is comfy and social.  The menu is creative and the Duck Ruben is OMG!!!!!!!

Sign of the Whale, Stamford, Ct
I am told this is THE PLACE for Sunday Brunch because it has the best DIY Bloody Mary bar around!!  Not to mention their Whale Burger was voted the best in Connecticut!!!

BarBQ, Stamford, Ct
A huge cool bi-level space featuring country music, craft beer and a "real-deal" southern BBQ menu.  People have told me that they are addicted to their amazing meaty ribs!

Frank Pepe's Pizza, Yonkers, NY
Are you ready for the "Best Pizza In America"?  Frank Pepe has been making pizzas in his coal oven since 1925. The result is their famous, must try delicious crisp, charred, chewy crust!
