The hardest time of the day for most of us is 8:00 on. We know we are not suppose to eat late night but still those cravings tend to be there. If you don't have them, boy are you lucky!!! If you do, I have got a tip for you. I keep reading that that herbal tea helps curb late night snacking. There are so many delicious flavors out there, right in your grocery store isle. I really love mint and jasmine. Lychee is the next on my list. So the next time you are craving snacks and sweets at night, make yourself a cup of tea instead!!!!
