- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic (optional)
- boneless, skinless chicken
- Mix Mayo and Parm. Cheese.
- Layer mixture in a baking pan over your chicken, making sure not to put too much on (it will not brown properly).
- bake in an over set on 375 for 45 minutes.
