We All Need A Health Advisor


I recently met Health Advisor, Nina Cheigh.  Nina works with her clients to discuss their overall health with respect to diet, exercise, sleep habits, stress management, medications and vitamins.  She has a 10 day plan which I am currently learning about and will be posting shortly.  In the meanwhile, Nina gave us an awesome healthy yet delicious smoothie to try at home.  You can learn more and follow Nina on Facebook HERE.



Easy Berry Smoothie

Ingredients


3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

1 cup kale

1 banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp flax seeds


Combine ingredients in a blender; pulse to combine. Add ice; process until smooth
